چکیده

<p class="MDPI17abstract"><strong>Objective: </strong>This study aimed to investigate effects of Molasses replacement with Vinasse-molasses in ration on the blood metabolite profiles and mRNA expression <em>Growth Hormone 1</em> (<em>GH1)</em> finishing Peranakan Ongole (PO) Cattle.</p><p class="MDPI17abstract"><strong>Methods: </strong>Ten male PO cattle averaged 209 ± 21 kg body weight were equally allocated receive either molasses or dietary treatments. The concentrate diet was contained 15% (control) Vinasse-molasses. This observed nutrient intake, percentage gain, <em>GH1</em> cattle.<strong></strong></p><p class="MDPI17abstract"><strong>Results: </strong>The result showed that replacing vinasse-molasses reduced (P<0.05) dry matter intake (DMI) intakes crude protein (CP), ether extract (EE), fiber (CF), total digestible (TDN). Nevertheless, inclusion did not change (P>0.05) gain. increased urea nitrogen level, while it affect <em>GH1 </em>mRNA levels.</p><p class="MDPI17abstract"><strong>Conclusions:</strong> It can be concluded does profile, performance cattle. could applied as energy sources ingredient replace feed.<strong></strong></p>

Growth Performance, Tibia Characteristics, Immune Response and Blood Metabolites of Broiler Chickens Fed Diets Containing Citrus Brown Snail (Caucasotachea Lencoranea) Powder as a Source of Calcium

Objective: An experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of citrus brown snail powder as a source of calcium on growth performance, tibia characteristics, immune response and blood metabolites in broiler chickens.  Methods: One hundred and eighty 1-day old chicks were randomly distributed into four treatments, each of which had three replicates. Each replicate contains 15 chicks. The t...

Growth, blood parameters and tissue lipids of finishing cattle fed a formaldehyde treated casein-safflower oil complex.

Formaldehyde treated casein-safflower oil (1/1) was fed for 56 days at levels of 0, 10, 20 and 30% of the diet to eight finishing beef heifers (354 kg) and eight finishing steers (413 kg) to determine animal performance, response of blood cholesterol and amino acids, and changes in tissue lipid composition. Feed intake and weight gain decreased linearly as the percentage of dietary casein-oil i...
